Life Tip: Don’t allow Tumblr to become your primary/only source for morality. Remember, this is the site which had many people genuinely believe that they can get unlimited chocolate just by slicing it a certain way. I know I certainly wouldn’t want these people dictating my worldview for me.

Immune booster soup!! If you live in some parts of the UK, the pollution is high and can make you feel sluggish. It can also really mess with you if you have breathing difficulties. So it’s important to feed your body everything it needs to ward off all those nasty toxins.
Ingredients:
1 courgette chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
White mushrooms (4-5)
1 whole white onion
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
150g spring greens
Vegetable stock 500ml
EVOO 10ml
Green peas 80g

Chop the veg and heat the oil in a large pot.
Slowly cook the celery, garlic and onion until lightly brown.
Add the courgette and the mushrooms.
Slowly cook for another 5 mins.
Fill the pan with veg stock and add the spring greens.
Leave to simmer for 10-15 mins.
Add the peas and simmer for another 5.
If there’s not enough water feel free to add more. (I like it to be mostly veg 😊)
Serve in a large bowl and add cracked black pepper.
